Home remedies for fair skin and glowing skin:-
1. Papaya:
Eating papaya daily can give you fair, healthy and glowing skin. The cleansing properties of papaya helps in purifying the skin. It contains enzymes such as papain and alpha hydroxy acids, which have the ability to dissolve dead cells and remove impurities, making the skin shiny.
You can also make face packs from it. On your face, rub the inner part of papaya skin, allow it to dry and then wash your face with cold water.
2. Aloe Vera gel:
Aloe Vera gel naturally reduces hyper-pigmentation and makes the complexion lighter and smoother. In addition, the cooling effect of aloe Vera helps regenerate new cells and regenerate damaged tissues.
Press out a thick, jelly-like substance. Apply the gel well on your skin and leave it for about 30 minutes, then wash it off. Do this at least twice a day for two weeks.
3. Lemon:
High amounts of vitamin C also encourage the growth of new cells. Squeeze fresh lemon and dip a piece of cotton in lemon juice and apply it on your face.
Alternatively, mix one teaspoon each of lemon juice, powdered milk and honey. Apply it on your skin and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes before washing it.
4. Honey:
Honey helps to whiten the skin, and also acts as a moisturizing agent. Honey also has some properties that help to erase facial stains and acne scars.
You just need to apply pure honey on your face, leave it for a few minutes and then wash it with warm water.
5. Tomato, Yogurt and Oatmeal:
To make a face pack, mix equal amounts of these three items. Apply this mixture on your face and leave it for 25 to 30 minutes. Then wash your face with lukewarm water.
6. Oranges and Yogurt:
You can dry orange bark in sunlight, later, grind the dried bark. Mix it with equal amount of curd to make a paste. Then apply this paste on a clean face and leave it for about 20 minutes.
